材料(4人份)
银耳25-30克 皂角米20克 红糖30克(或云南竹园红糖1个) 枸杞8克 清水1.5-2升
做法
1. 皂角米用温水浸泡5个小时左右,然后冲净沥干;
2. 银耳清水浸泡30-60分钟,至涨大;
3. 泡发的银耳去掉根部,撕成小朵,再冲净沥干;
4. 银耳和皂角米入锅,倒入清水。大火煮开后转小火慢炖约1小时;
5.6. 1小时候放入红糖和冲洗干净的枸杞,煮至红糖溶化即可。
