做法:
1 黄花鱼去除内脏清洗干净,擦干水分
2 备好各种佐料
3 洋葱切丝摆放在盘子里
4 把鱼放入盘子里,撒上姜末,淋上一大匙色拉油入220烤箱,烤25分钟
5 凉油放入火锅底料,慢慢煸出红油
6 倒入郫县豆瓣和豆豉继续煸炒片刻
7 放入蒜末和干辣椒煸炒,倒入小半碗清水略煮片刻
8 取出烤鱼,倒入料汁,再次烤10分钟直到烤鱼成熟
