原料:
1.西兰花一朵
2.新鲜菇,哪种都行,这次我买的草菇和鸡脚菇

做法:
1.鲜虾去壳和头,背部剖开,取出沙线,洗净;
2.鲜虾仁用盐,姜末腌制十分钟;
3.草菇的处理:如果是小粒的,就从根部切个十字花口;如果是大粒的,就再一分为二;
4.西兰花切成小朵;
5.先把西兰花和双菇在开水里烫一下,捞出;
6.再把虾仁也在开水里烫到卷起变色,也基本上就熟了,捞出;
7.炒锅里放少许油,先爆香蒜片,再把所有烫过的料放入,翻炒;
8.出锅前,可加此油或生抽粉芡水,勾芡出锅.
