做法:
1、毛豆剥壳,清洗干净;猪肉切成细小的肉丁;
2、烧一小锅水,水开后倒入毛豆,中火煮7~8分钟;
3、捞出毛豆泡进凉水中(最好是冰水),凉透后捞出沥干水分;
4、热锅,不用放油,倒入肉丁,小火煸炒;
5、耐心地一直把肉丁煸炒至颜色发黄,变得干脆;
6、倒入毛豆,加入1大勺橄榄菜,慢慢煸炒至毛豆外皮变皱;
7、淋入适量生抽,榄菜有咸味,注意不要放太多生抽;
8、加入1大勺白砂糖,翻炒均匀,炒干水分即可。
